Ramified autonomous knee level twiddlings, occasioning slight back strain with increased ill feeling around the right shoulder blade. Conveyed by visual and auditory stumuli, both converging and diverging away from its initial conditions.

It is intended to self replicate, albeit only superficially, part of the operating environment Bryen Telko has been working under. During this self replication the auditory and visual events will present the audience with pyshoinsightic glimpses of emergent Knee Level processes.

Mixing desk with Stereo line in quarter inch jackSVGA or composite video input to video projector

1 plus up to 4 assistant (www.sublevel.net) staff depending on knee and back variables

3 person Sofa / Settee in space. Coffee table or small table at knee height for equipment.

Note : equipment altered for HTBA performance =>non DX7, bonus replacement => voice cheetah telex material, preped by nyz = chettah telex to ringmod!, cheetah telex instruction tape discovered by Bryen Telko (1983).

This algorithm was presented in The Philosophical Computer by Grim, P. and with some et. al.in : Self reference and paradox in two and three dimensions, Comput. & Graphics Vol 17, No. 5. p609-612, 1993

It is based on the statement "This sentence is False" :

Y : Sentence X is True

and in 3 dimensions Grim states this as :

Xn+1 = 1-(0.5*(Yn-Zn)-Xn)

Yn+1 = 1-(0.5*(Xn+1-Zn)-Yn)

Zn+1 = 1-(0.5*(Xn+1-Yn+1)-Zn)

The self referential algorithm was selected by Bryen Telko for this superficial self replication. The algorithm for the performance was written in ACORN BBC BASIC, generating 3 discrete values per algorithmic step, in realtime on an Acorn Archimedes 3010 (1MB memory). Self Ref output mapped to :

MIDI-ZXY in no particular order -> note / velocity / pressure & program changes to Waldorf uWaveXT. These XT Programs were programmed by semi-autonomous method using Noyze's confULAMator. =>cellularautomatadirectinghumanhumandirectingcellularautomata=<

Self Cellar Ramor at Knee Level achieved an acceptable degree of sucess given the short time scale for preprep. Self replication is a difficult process to achieve and will often prove unsuccesful during the early stages.

The coffetable and settee, or sofa as it is some tones known, is a crucial item without which self replication must not even be attempted . Further, in order for the Psychoinsightic to present itself, which is enabled by the Knee Level process, the audience must accept that a complete representation is NOT what is being attempted. Psychoinsightic glimpses are just that, a non-constant and therefore by their very nature are both transient annd variable, but very noticeable both by the indivdual and collectively.
